It's not so much that I waited 3 minutes to be acknowledged; but when Aurora (a Senior Manager) finally did, her response was a surprising, “Are you gonna buy something?” A customer service 101 fail.
They kick out loyal customets and ban ppl that give food to other ppl. Eat at subway
