Always good here. Today a new Italian guy offered to re-do my cut free of charge because he was not 100% satisfied. Amazing for the price! Recommended , but not when busy as wait is too long.

Interesting concept: a fast-paced, semi automated hair salon . Ideal for those who want convenience. Avoid rush hours though or the wait will be long!

Worth the money. English friendly . No need to go through the awkward phone reservation . On a Saturday morning I had to wait less than an hour to get the haircut .

It is, indeed, a werkstatt, or factory , but the stylists are really friendly , they give nice, modern haircuts , and the price is right.

If you're looking for an English speaking stylist , go to Olivia. She's kind, helpful and talented. I will definitely go back!

I wouldn't go to a random person to cut my hair here. Andy is the best. Mirko the second best. However you need to wait for 2h! For your turn to come. They're not THAT good.

I was my favourite place before summer. Unfortunately all the cool staff has left, I don't like how new guys work and the walls are now colored like shit, I don't recognize the place any more.

Don't go before the opening at 10am: it's super crowded . Better arrive at 11am after the first wave of customers: you'll wait less ;-)

12 euros for haircut & wash. Try to be there early to avoid the long queue. Great value for money .

17€/unisex:washing and simple haircut , diy blow drying. Like the simple and clear system of get your number and wait, not too much talk.

They do beard only with machine. Be ready to wait a lot, at least at lunch time

Never waited less than 45 minutes, mostly loud and annoying music , but always, always, always worth it. Much nicer than the branch in Friedrichshain.

Sometimes you have to wait for quite some time... But the hairdressers are pretty efficient

Today I went to this place ( I usually go maybe every 3 weeks) to have the same service and I payed a different price. Not nice. Maybe is better to ask before.

as for summer 2018, try a haircut with the Japanese girl who works the afternoon shift. she is good. wash your hair at home cuz the wash there is VERY BAD!! 17 Euros. u get what u pay for

Seit 2 Jahren bei dem selben Friseur hier. Superzufrieden immer! Die Wartezeiten aber sind meistens laaaaang.

Also eine Freundin von mir hat da gearbeitet und ich will mich hier nicht zu sehr auslassen aber wie hier mit ihren Auszubildenen umgegangen wird.Qualität ist genügend aber der REST NO GO
