Friendly staff . Modern well-appointed rooms. We first had a room with sewer smell, switched rooms and our new room also had a distinct smell + lots of noice from the square. Not recommended.
Convenient central location & on #11 bus route from station & to uni/hogeschool campuses. Church bells ring during Sunday night. You will need to use air conditioning in summer.
Really near to the City center!!!! Just walking to have nice time in Utrecht.
Position is central. It’s the only good thing. Rooms are small old moquette random furniture . There are much better hotel in Utrecht !!
The nearby university building provides 'eduroam' wireless access (just use the guests ssid)

Difficult to find, not possible to arrive by taxi in front of the hotel. Standard room no minibar no complementary water. There are much better hotels in Utrecht in the same price range - luisella
