Best tip is go here off peak hours. And people, when its in the box, please be happy. Don't go changing what you ordered when you see something new on the tray. You are holding up the line .

I really don't understand what the fuss with J.CO is. While the donuts were quite good (not overwhelmingly sweet), they didn't taste amazing enough to make that one hour of waiting in line worth it.

We like to chill here every morning since there are only few people and staff are really nice. Fast wifi and free donut for every frappe . ????

Tho u might still have to wait in having your donuts here, its worth the wait and can't resist when u see them filling in...more donuts in the tray...try all!!...

They have to buff their preparation protocols. They tend to interchange trays of different donut flavors w/o even wiping away traces of chocolate ,etc. Looks unhygienic for the most sought-after donut .

Must endure the long line to satisfy your donuts craving. But its worth the wait. A Must try..

I ordered for Alcapone and Thai Iced tea (which is good) kudos to free Donut .

Happened to pass by after catching a LFS and there was no line . Also, they allowed us to split a box of 12 into two boxes of 6, free of charge. (Caveat: Not sure if it's like that every time.)

Their workplace is so skimpy! Donuts are made messy and on the rush! That crewgirl gave me a face when I don't want a box instead all of the donuts should be in plates.

Try oreology and al capone . You can now pre-order donuts by calling their hotlines so you don't have to endure the long queues anymore.

IT ISNT EVEN 50% OFF. The long lines are a result of people ordering then picking up later. The result is few supplies of donuts left for those who PHYSICALLY are in the store. MANAGEMENT FAILURE.

Go directly at the 2nd counter if you're in a hurry to buy a dozen 'coz they already have assorted boxes ready for purchase. No more waiting for hours :)

Make an advance order via phone and pick-up the doughnuts without the long line hassle. However, advance order should be at least 3 days! XD

Went in for yogurt . Triple line of 5 pax each on the donut side.Asked the guy if I need to line up after 15 people getting donuts for 1 yogurt . He said sorry other cashier is on break. I LEFT!

Most frustrating doughnut store ever! Long lines , messy preparation, and they always run out of doughnuts ! You need to wait 30 mins for doughnut flavors!

Get in, order what you want, and have it to go. Not worth hanging out here in the afternoons. The A/C can't handle the heat, and the place smells like sewage.

So many flavors to choose from but sometimes not all flavors are served or sometimes when its your turn to order some flavors were already sold out

If you buy 2 dozen donuts & have them split the packaging to 4 half dozen boxes, they'll charge you for 4 half dozens! SO UNFAIR!!!

The donuts are very tasty. However, it's current operations set-up can be a very good case study for A.I.M. MBA students.. Lousy service..

best time to buy 9am...you have all the time pick the flavor you want and no need to be in long lines

Buy two half dozen. Though more pricey but shorter lines . You won't get all flavors of donuts anyways ;)

Green tea and avocado is the best. Donuts are best eaten while still there.

If you're ordering just one donut , make sure that they put it on a plate and that they give you a spoon. Their service is so bad that they'll just let you hold the donut while you wait.

grab a flyer if you want an easy time ordering. the donut labels aren't placed properly and the staff isn't that helpful either in figuring out which is which.

There's always a long line . But it will be over soon. Give it 3 months. It's all HYPE. Filipinos love hype.

Tried lining up here. I'm most likely never gonna look back after this. Haha! I'd rather not stand too long in the queue. Doughnuts are good, not excellent! So why waste so much time?

Make sure to make your voice a lil bit louder when you order, staff is kinda dead due to a noisy athmosphere!

Dine in patrons shouldn't be out seated by take-out patrons especially those who are clearly not consuming anything in the shop.

Falling in line takes approximately 2hrs. A no no for rushers, but their donuts are really great.

Love the ambiance in Eastwood branch ;) its bigger and comfy .
