The facilities are wonderful. Far too frequently have I had too talk to the children using or visiting the facility about their language, and sometimes while staff are within earshot. Ridiculous!
Become a member- paying 10 and signing in every time is not so cool. Also, mon. and wed. are triple threat workout classes : yoga , core training , spin! So awesome. Melanie is the best instructor .
If you're going to work out, do it right. Your only hindering yourself if you don't. Get the technique down before you try to lift the world.

Take classes with Linda Smith. She's tough! Will totally kick your butt and you will be cursing but thankful:-) she's the best!!!
Not a member yet, but their swim lessons are super affordable even if you aren't. Also a super impressive playground .

Disappointing attention to detail lately. Why is that 3rd elliptical still broke, after more than 5 weeks? The Y is cheap , and the Y is friendly , but it is not a great gym . You get what you pay for.

If your working out do abs last. It's your core and if your burn your core out early nothing else will go well
Bring your own workout towel. Stocking of workouts towels is hit-or-miss.
