Good deal from 1pm-8pm on Saturday. Food quality at Neway are always at that level slightly better than other karaoke spots .

Sound system here is much better than redbox and loudspeaker. Now u can choose whether to have buffet or not.

Good staff service, staffs are helpful. Downside — really really bad food (especially the buffet )

The staffs here change to foreigners and Malay, dunno how to respect singers , simply switch on the lights and block the tv when they come in...

Midnight sing k about rm60. Personally think is quite pricey . There were a lot of problems for the first 30min ie. the screen was hang, no sound, mic not working etc.. it was a bad experience.

Music is all about the treble no bass. Wtf? And they charge for kids also...better go to redbox . But nice big room . expensive ...need more song .

Damn dissapointed, service real suck. 20mins inside the K room nobody to take order even have remind numerous time. Complain to the manager n he seen like don bother. Just walk out without pay.

Food sucks! Room 118 aircond spoilt, need to switch room half way eating&singing. Waiters are mostly foreigners cannot understand English.
