Fast and mostly friendly unless you are in a hurry to catch a flight and need assistance.

How hard can it be? Empty your pockets, take out your PC & jacket/coat and put everything else in your handluggage :-D

Very nice people here - but not reducing security because of it. You have to do what you have to do.

Exactly as one other wrote. They invent new rules every day. My god this is a fucking waste of regular people's time and effort! :-(

No need to try and charm them or to be friendly in any way - it's a waste of time!
