Best, Inexpensive Chinese Food in Torrance. It’s located along side the Ramada Inn Hotel on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
Yay! They still serve our xaio long bao ! New ownership, it's now Lee's. very pleased at the food here. We'll be back for sure.
