The messiest Zara I've been to (and I've traveled quite a lot). Always a mess, clothes piling on the floor, you can never find what you need. I don't think they ever clean it or tidy up.
Sizes run a little small, and the sale rails consist mainly of damaged clothes . Spend a while rummaging though and you might find a hidden gem amongst it all!

You must to be very carefully with clothes in the sale rail , some time are damaged.
