This Best Buy is probably the best i've been to. I've always been able to find help if I need it, and even if I didn't, lol.
Guy named Taylor helped me out finding the vehicle kit for my Sirius satellite radio . He not only pointed out the product but was helpful in explaining it as well .
I walked around the store for nearly an hour and was never acknowledged by a single staff member. I wanted to buy a new car stereo and speakers, but I guess Best Buy doesn't want my money. Oh well !
Great customer service. GeekSquad did all they could and when it was deemed necessary they exchanged it right then! Very helpful!
In the turn of the day they get rid of all the good stuff so get it now because they'll never have it again.
They have good customer service here. Returned an item with no problem. I'm sure it helped that I had the receipt haha.
