Yumen Hut

Its refreshing to eat Cold Sauce Sesame Noodle on a hot day. I simply mixed everything together, then pour the cold sauce over the 'noodle salad ' mixture and eat it. Slurp.

The SG F&B students joint R&D with a SG noodle manufacturer to create a range of healthy and nutritious noodles , and opening small eatery - Yumen Hut, to introduce such nutritious noodles to patrons.

Zha Jiang Mian 炸酱面 bean paste noodle was indeed pretty spicy :) albeit a little oily will give the other noodle dishes a try next visit

After many years, Yumen Hut just opened another larger eatery at Market Square (E! Avenue) # 02-113 at Downtown East extension [near Pasir Ris Park / seaside].

The boss is very accommodating and gives good recommendations and advises on what's fresh for the day. The noodles , mushrooms , fish is quite nice.

[Meanwhile, can skip their green spinach / orange carrot flour-skinned dumpling which might smear the appetite, cos the fillings used is lacking in flavour and texture.]

All the vegetables noodles , infuse with all sort of variety.. I like the chicken mushroom noodles (Spinach noodles ).

Special noodles made with healthy ingredients . Dishes are decent but portions can be a bit small.

Ask how long the wait is before ordering n paying. Frikkin slowwwww

Veggie cold noodles was my fav previously but now they skimp on the ingredients. A disappointment. Order the tried and tested...
