I have been to most of the smaller ice cream dairies of Copenhagen, and this is with out doubt the best. The ice cream and the ingredients are always of the highest quality. And combinations are great
Amazing ice-cream. Sorbets are so creamy and bursting with flavour and their signature combinations (I've tired coffee & lemongrass , beet & star anise , passion fruit & vanilla ) are out of this world.
Try the hibiscus/coconut icecream - it's dairyfree but full of taste, so yummi! Everything's organic
