The breakfast here is stupendous. Plate sized pancakes with lots of flavor choices, hash browns that are actually crispy when I ask for crispy hash browns , and a well trained staff . Good stuff!

Great breakfast . Portion is huge for what you are paying. If there is a wait, it's worth the thirty minutes. They are excellent at moving the crowd through yet still making you comfortable .

Fantastic! Incredibly busy, did have a little bit of a wait time but totally worth it. Pic here is part of the 'Roundup' with a side of their famous peanut butter syrup . A real treat!

Breakfast for lunch : the Night Hawk Omelet (chorizo , chicken and veggies ) was a delicious treat. The potatoes are as I ordered them: crispy . The English Muffin was griddled and very buttery.

The French toast is the best I have ever had. The staff were super friendly . The parking lot was small so keep that in mind. Our food came quickly after ordering. We will be back.

Ooh bring it on! Pancakes are the size of plates! The omelet I had was huge! I could not finish it! I’ll be back!!

I’m all about the Old West look and feel and bfast is amazing - not too sure the live re-enactment of the OK corral was necessary, took a stray round to the shoulder - I was told to “buck up”

The biscuits and gravy is amazing. Sometimes you wait 30 min to sit down, but the kitchen is fast and service is amazing. Best Breakfast in DFW!

By far the best no frills breakfast in GV. My fav is The Ten Gallon Hat. A twist on Eggs Benedict with fresh spinach . Get the fresh fruit side.

The Wrangler gives you a bit of everything. Definitely will have you FULLY satisfied. Great breakfast place!

Don't expect quiet but you are sure to get some good grub. We love the big pancakes or French toast . And the Lonestar Tacos can feed two.

If you want to try some of everything- the Wrangler is your dish ! Long wait on Sunday but worth every minute of it!

Always a wait on the weekends. Try the Bedford location for a shorter wait.

This place is always crowded . Never been here where I didn't have to wait. But its well worth it. Everything on menu is delicious!

Great Breakfast but if you're bringing kids the portions are HUGE (even for obese fat Texans) consider splitting the childrens dish.
