Nickel and dime customers. Upcharged 30¢ to upgrade meal medium drink to large although they are all $1 on the menu. Only McDonald's I've been to that does this
You have a more faster service going inside to purchase your order than the drive-thru, since it's one of the busiest drive-thrus I know of.

Managers here are very rude. I told him to hold on I was still deciding what to get in drive thru . He started to make fun of me and complained how I was taking forever. Someone forgot his mic was on.
