Very busy store!Make sure to get an appointment before going, it will save you a lot of time.Waits could be up to 2 hours.You can get on the wait list and shop the mall.They will text you when ready.

Best idea is to make your appointment online before you go. They get crowed fast and with the appointment I never wait!

I'd recommend seeing if the purchase is online (for store pickup) as opposed to driving there and being disappointed.

There’s a lot of people inside!if you have time go and stay there an hour before the employees realize that you’re a customer????,or do it like me,go to .com,choose your perfect f*phone and buy it!☺️????

Long waits for a tech. as alway’s! Now if you want to buy something the sales people are falling over themselves to help. I hope their next iPhone is something special or Samsung here I come!

I had a brand new MacBook pro, that was the 3rd in 1 month. So very annoyed but the guy I worked with made it right and I was so happy I had to hug him.

This place gets crazy packed, but everyone's always so nice.

Employees are very helpful. Although if you need your phone or any device fixed make an appointment or else expect to wait a hour or more to be called.

Even though it was very busy, the service was great.

Finally a bonafide one 2 one... Dude I got my MacBook in April JS I'm so excited!!!

I had an appointment and when I went to someone he said I had to go to someone else to check in with my appointment and when I left that same guy went to help someone else check in.

Service was great and extremely fast.

You have to have your appointment , but of course they can make you wait a billion years.....jerks!

Terrible customer service. The Genius Bar employee who "helped" me was extremely rude to a customer who needed assistance, and in my regard gave misinformation about my issue in an attempt to sell.

It used to be good, now you have to wait 30 min or more despise that you already have an appointment !
