Bun , noodle soups are very good. They all come with generous serving of toppings, seafood or beef or salami . Spring rolls not as good as the soups . Seating arrangements are basic & cramped.

Matt Ta-Min

Went back now the fuss & queues have died down. Bun bo Hue soup was still good, with a little spicy kick , but spring rolls were quite average now. The decor is still real basic, a very casual place .

New go-to Viet in town ! Went during soft opening and they only served one noodle soup , banh mi and springrolls. Soup broth was complex and full of flavour, and the Banh Mi was generously filled.

Johnny Tieu

One of the most legit vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong. Beats all of the other banh mi shops. Must try the bun bo hue .

Susanna Soo

Very impressive food here. Fresh, superior ingredients. Soup base has a unique, complex flavour with a spicy kick . Love it.

Katrina

Seriously Best Vietnamese food in HK. Soups are amazing. Staff are great. High recommended to eat everything there! Can't wait to go back for more!

When you walk in, the fermented smell will hit you hard. It'll be difficult for Northern folks like me, but as soon as I tasted their authentic Vietnamese soup , I understood the long queue ????

I was a bit disappointed during the soft opening . Banh Mi is well filled but lack of the extra kick. The real disappointment was the Cha Gio (Nem Rán) with are stuffy and not made with rice paper .

Gene Soo

Love the Bun bo hue here. The banh mi is also very delicious.

Another from the Sunday group (Yardbird , Chino, Ronin). Good vibe and staff . Pop up was a fun afternoon.

Kate

Beef noodle is very yummy ! I like those herbs n soup r so tasty

I prefer the bun mam (fermented fish and shrimp broth ) over the bun bo hue (beef broth ) as it is a little bit more complex with a little spicy kick .

Decor isn’t great, minimal and outside looks like renovations are happening but it’s not! Limited menu but what they lack in choice is made up with flavour. Banh mi and noodle soup are very good

Hmm, the meat balls were raw... there is better place to eat...

Food is quite soso for a Vietnamese place , poor flavour !

Chris

Food here is okay, nothing special. Wait is long and food/drinks are very overpriced.

Kate

Standard become low , soup is not hot , beef is uncook ! Also bad service, black face attendant

Easily the best pho in hk - the broth is very aromatic and little MSG. The noodles is freshly made in store everyday - very smooth but bit mushy - Angela Liu
