They stock uncommon meat parts: pork liver , kidney, tongues , hearts, feet, rind, bones. Beef tongue , beef tripe . Lamb liver , lamb fat

Warning: does not reliably have brisket at the meat counter .
Does not have boneless pork belly in large slabs -- only tiny strips
