The service is unavailable ????????I stayed at the presidential suite which consists of one master bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a view for 5 nights. They cleaned the suite 2 times a day.highly recommended

Great Place! Okey, the lobby is small, the hotel restaurant unattractive but hey!!! You are 10 meter away from the best mall in Dubai! The real ++ is the outdoor 33m swimming pool , great for training

If you're in Dubai Mall after 8PM, grab a bite at Ember at the Address Dubai Mall- every person I recommend this place to thanks me later- amazing food and great service. Very good prices too.

If you want to get some sun at the pool be sure to go early in the day. In the mid afternoon the sun disappears behind the building so no more sun from around 3 PM onwards.

Ember is a PHENOMENAL steakhouse - very underrated. Republique is one of the best clubs in town . And Na3Na3 has an excellent buffet . Valet is slow though & the rooms are pricey compared to the market

Excellent Hotel , staff are friendly and service was good, the main advantage of this hotel its location with direct access to the mall walking in less than one minute

Checking in at 1:30 but room was still not ready!! Location is perfect. View is great. Concierge and reception services are amazing. Studio room has small bathroom , huge closet, kitchen and balcony

Go next door to the Address Dubai Mall and check out the hottest new club & bar in town - Republique . Amazing music on weekends downstairs and chilled indie rock, jazz and pop on weekdays upstairs.

Nice hotel because it is linked the the mall . Perfect for families, but there is no view to overlook the beautiful area around it. Rooms are v.clean and service is v.good.

It's in the mall . And the room has balcony . The bathroom is big with bathtub, The room is amazing but little bit small.

Take the *NEW* entrance to the hotel if you're driving from Downtown- off the highway, just take the Dubai Mall bridge and keep right- easiest hotel access in Dubai- guaranteed.

Its been a long time since i stayed here i loved the refurbished rooms, outstanding room/front desk service ! They serve saudi style coffe ????

One of the best burgers in town at the lobby lounge and there's nothing like an ice cold Peroni and some pizza at the pool there... Definitely give it a shot.
