Maiden just outdid itself with the Kurobuta Toku Rosu ... tonkantsu ssoo soft it melts in your mouth!!!

Toku Rosa is very good. Tender and flavourful. Recommended!

เสาร์ที่28/06/2014 หมูที่สั่งมาด้านที่ติดตะแกรงแฉะมากเลยค่ะ แต่ด้านริมซ้าย-ขวากรอบปกติ ไม่ได้เรียกพนังงานมาถามเพราะมีธุระต่อ ผักกะหล่ำฝอยก็ขมด้วย (เมื่อเทียบกับ Soboten) ถือว่าไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่าย

หมูทอดเขาขึ้นชื่อ อร่อยจริงๆแป้งบางหมูก็ชิ้นหนาดี มีน้ำจิ้มให้เลือก2แบบคือหวานกับเปรี้ยว ส่วนตัวชอบแบบหวานมากกว่า ????

กลับมากินในรอบปี พบว่าคุณภาพตกลงพอสมควร และน้ำจิ้มทงคัตสึเหลือแบบเดียวจากสมัยก่อนมี2แบบ ????
