Pick a color shade (eg, blues , greens, purples, etc.) and try to make it from one end of the courtyard to the other by just stepping on those stones. A cool family game.

What a cute little corner of Balboa Park , chock full of artists that do everything from painting to ceramics to glasswork. If you can go when there’s a big sale happening in the courtyard , even better

A bit hidden, but be persistent and ask around. You will be happy you did!!!

A very photogenic place! Beautiful colored floor tiles!

Bring a push cart, the art , hand-made clothing , blown-glass and woodwork was phenomenal. I highly recommend this center full of artisans .
