Part of the county park system this park is perfect for those who work nearby to get a good 30-40 minute walk or rin in. Mill is from Revolutionary War period and great park to take kids and elders.
This is the best park EVER with 14 miles of paved bike paths , beautiful ponds , the dam and plenty more to discover!

Great 14mile park for runners training for long races and don't want to be on the streets! Has been a staple in my training plans for years.
Go as early as possible. Tends to get crowded with bicyclists who have no mercy in the afternoon!
The only water fountain I saw was by the dog park
