Waaaay better beach then Barceloneta . Cleaner, more quiet , young crowd. You have to walk just 10 mins from the Vila Olímpica metro station .
Beautiful beach that is not as crowded as Barceloneta . Umbrella and/or chair can be quite pricey so be prepared! We paid 24€ for two of each.
Try the fish restaurant there (less posh with no table cloths ) - wonderful seafood-laden Paellas in seaside setting with great wines and indulgent atmosphere. We enjoyed Raventos I Blanc & Bach rose !

Very nice and clean beach . It's sandy unlike the one close to touristic places which is mainly stones. Locals go here mainly so it's not that it's not full of tourists .

I loved the liberty culture by european with the body, the beach was a place were see it. Great struture and the beach is ok!
In my opinion, the best beach in the city . Too far away for tourist to walk and a fab mix of Locals and expats! Amazing.
Follow the cycle path to ride along the beach . Make a pause to one the "chiringuito " bars and take a drink the feet in the sand. :) The best ambience, and music is on Bogatell beach .

Not as crowded as barceloneta but still a couple of hundreds to share the beach with. 2 euro beers everywhere. Might wanna stay close to a bar fir toilet access, beach ones might crowd.
Come early to still get a beach chair and umbrella, or bring your own.
This beach is less crowded then Barceloneta and has good lunch places along Rambla del Poblenou.

A lot of people but still you have your square to have sunbath . And for swimming almost empty the sea:p perfect!

Awesome seafood, one of my best restaurant in BCN have the Pica Pica to start, monkfish is good too, and a bottle of Privat cava (not too sweet and perfectly balanced). A must - 148 Check us out!
