Banfield here is great. Bring all 3 cats and a dog. James in fish is really helpful..and knows tons about fish and reptiles.
Probably the best Petsmart I've been to. They've partnered with Dallas Animal Services to have a shelter there.

Staff aren’t really good at enforcing social distancing
Honestly go up to the central expressway location for banfield as this one is horrible. Never has a good experience in our 6 visits
