Staff is friendly and helpful but I've found the store is poorly stocked on PC games and DVDs. This store has lost a lot of my business to Amazon because of it.
Sat waiting for help for almost 10 minutes while these five stood in plain view of me with their heads up their butts.

One of the geek squad dudes are horrible here!! He takes like 3 hours looking at something that's broke before he sends it in. Its broke!
the warranty is worth it, so buy it!
Bestbuy sucks. My suggestion is to purchase your things elsewhere like amazon and save money. Just use bestbuy to demo products.
