Genius Bar is always backed up. With an appointment, you still have to wait 30mins to an hour before they attend to you

If you're planning on paying in cash, just tell the Apple guys that your are. They have hidden money registers but they process the bills in their iPhones . ????

Great place to learn about Apple technology

There is a cash register at the far left side of the bar . The store is very busy, but so are all apple stores. I doubt the employee got mad over your downgrade since they don't make commission.

To the guy who complained that there is no cash register- all Apple stores have been using monile/portable payment swipers for a while now. Just ask an employee to be checked out.

Worst Apple store in the history of worst Apple Store. Ordered an Ipad online, got pick-up email, came and sat for 2 hours and couldn't pick it up because order couldn't be found. Don't even bother.
