Comfortable located but not in the best area. Great, ornate and baroque looking lobby and bar . Friendly staff at front desk/room service. Annoying valet parking (they always played around w/ the car)
The hotel was cozy and its location is superb right in the middle of the town 's commercial and shopping area.
Very clean and luxorius hotel . Friendly staff , huge rooms, comfy beds , free wifi . You'll feel like a prince/princess here.
Really nice hotel , very comfortable and friendly . Unfortunately no sauna and swimming pool . All the rest is good. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the center.

The only thing I liked is the lobby. Rooms are too old, in a bad way.
Vintage hotel , very friendly staff , unfortunately the AC didn't work in our room. And for a 5 stars hotel , it's weird that they don't have conditioner in the bathroom .
School for butlers and hospitality has chosen Le Plaza as venue for their training courses.
Enjoy something to drink at the hotel 's cozy and elegant bar and salon.

Het gebouw is oud, maar de kamers zijn prima.Ook de algemene ruimtes en ontbijtzaal. Service wat je van een 5 sterrenhotel mag verwachten. Aanrader midden in het centrum.

Mooi oud 5 sterren hotel in het centrum van Brussel. Houtwerk aan de buitenkant mag wel eens een verfje hebben.
