The studio is conveniently located in midtown near most if not all subway lines.Great space to rehearse - great rates and clean rooms .
Good spot for improv practices--they're pretty cheap and usually available on short notice.

Just be thankful you're not working in the sweatshop that's in the rest of this building !
They don't use paper towels in the bathroom but a hand dryer I wish others would follow suit
