Hong Kong branded egg tarts found in Singapore airport . Still worth a try especially when it’s piping hot!
Everybody gushes about their egg tarts but their true star is their wonderful crisp skin wife biscuit with jelly-like soft centre. Heavenly when you buy it warm, off the rack!
Egg tarts are slightly sweet for my liking, the crust is thick and nice.
Don’t order the polo bun 菠蘿包. Truely disappointing experience
