It's fun to get destroyed by the 70- and 80-mph cages, but your body chastises you the day after.
Great classic cages, nice staff , worth the drive from SM. You have to wear a helmet , so bring an ID to leave with them to rent one. $3 per session, 4 sessions minimum if you're paying with debit/CC.
Loved this place. Clean and ready to jump in. No real waiting depending on the time of day. Great for a workout.
