The bar outside had better service than the bar inside. Hard to dance around all the roped off areas, and the DJ kept interrupting the music to say stuff.

One80's owner, Brian Richman, is a bad man. He expects single girl he hires to sleep with him and fires them when they dont. This explains the high turnover rate. Dont give him or his bar your money.
