Babo Tea House

One of my favorite spots. The almond babo tea is a must. Plus they have good quick bites like shumai and wings with fries . Great place towards the back to lounge also.

Seasoned fries for the win. Bubble tea is also on point.. But stay the hell away from the ramen , unless u like that cup of noodle flavor...

Get the Tsunami and Boracay , drink half of each, then put the halves together, mix, then drink = Tsunami on Boracay . The mix of flavors is AMAZING! You're welcome.

The beef platter is amazing. Surprisingly authentic Asian flavor, and the black tea bubble tea was whoaa good...

Prices are going up, but so is gas, haha. You can never go wrong with the chicken and waffle ; good stuff.

This place has everything you could ever want. Viet coffee milk tea is wonderful and the steamed pork bun is cheap and delicious.

They change the menu, so they are frequently out of certain dishes. But everything is good! Esp beef sukiyaki !

Their Milk Teas are their premier menu item. But their food such as the wings and fries or wonton soup are delicious

Try jelly instead of bubbles for a lighter upgrade to a fruit drink .

I work here, so I can say from experience.. the staff are always willing to serve as long as you don't give them a hard time. Get the Sukiyaki .. it's comparable, if not better, than Yoshinoya.

Good food you just want to make sure you call in your order..since they make everything fresh it takes time.
