Very friendly staff . Fast service . Convenient location. I do wish they were open later during the summer, otherwise I've never had a problem and I'm there a lot!

One of the best Starbucks I've been to. This window seat view is just as fantastic!

The staff is great. Friendly & quiet environment.I don't care for the wifi , it's not why I go to this Starbucks. Seating inside is a bit limited because of all the people smooching off the free wifi .

A pretty good location to work out of, not too crowded/busy with lots of outlets. Colder than he** during the summer, tho.

I've seen most SBs in SA, and these folks run a tight ship, especially considering the traffic they see. The best.

Plenty of seating inside and out front. Perfect for drink before going to a show at the Majestic Theater .

Pretty good, but I would recommend SIP across the street if you have not tried it!

Just need nice fresh Golden Ginger Ale tea .... AHHHH! Love cold tea .

Employees need to focus on costumer service and say Thank You and your welcome.

In my defense, this is just downstairs from my apartment . And who can turn down the siren call of a soy frappachino on a hot, cantankerous day?

WiFi is spotty, the network gets confused with the coffee shop across the street.

Always a long line , consider going across the street to SIP

Bad internet. Starbucks and Sips, across the street have at&t WiFi . The signals compete with one another. And Sips does not provide the free version.

Be careful with some of the customers in the early a.m. especially in a rush time. They can get rude despite expected manners.

Rude employees! Was not greeted. Seemed irritated that I had the nerve to come in early on a Sunday. Good reviews must be employees or people who stopped in during a different shift. Won't be back.

My mother in law says that the latte at McDonalds is better. I say nay nay
