After looking over the menu for 20 minutes, the waitress always knows my order will be the same. Garden skillet (eggs over easy ), wheat toast and hot sauce ...YUM!
My absolute favorite - The Unusual - I add broccoli and have them hold the hollandaise (or just get a little on the side)
