The high school students that work there spend more time gossiping and playing than serving customers in the evenings.
Has worst drive thru . When it gets busy it backs up and snarls traffic in plaza and out onto Scott st.
This is the worst location. They are the slowest, rudest people in customer service industry I've ever seen. Qualifications to be hired at Tim Hortons; Need to be rude, arrogant, and hates working
If its over 10'C outside, don't bother going to this location for iced ANYTHING- their machine is USELESS and ALWAYS down
