Probably my favorite ice cream shop ever. Every flavor I've tried is really good. They have the best ice cream around. I love how they have such unique flavors like rose and turmeric. I love it!!

Mallard's is a local favorite, especially in summer. They are one of Bellingham's cash (or check) only establishments, so come prepared! They have unique as well as standard flavors. Try "Rose ."

Try the lavender smoked pepper and brownie if its available. Its the best ice cream I've ever tasted. Ghost pepper lime is good but its spicy so watch out!

They have ice cream flavors you will never see anywhere else, and they use quality ingredients. This place is great. The best thing I've had was blackberry swirl (I think) and hot fudge .

The ice cream is incredible; I had the Coconut Chocolate Chunk With Almonds . I wish I ordered two scoops. They also have non-dairy options. Cash/check only
