My favorite coffee shop in Taipei . Delicious coffee , and the beans are roasted in-house. Be sure to try the Alisan pour-over and the carrot cake !

Taiwan Alisan is the must-drink one. Considering that the bean is quite expensive (~USD$70/lb for green bean ; ~USD$110/lb for roasted bean), $5 pour-over is a really good deal .

Ito, the boss and barista, uses metal filter for light roast and paper filter for medium roast Taiwan Alisan , along with Kinto Slow Coffee Style carafe for brewing.

Best to call before coming on a public holiday... :/ Having said that, the boss felt apologetic and gave me a free drink coupon redeemable at their new store further down at Zhishan.

A bit far from the central area, but worth to visit here. Alisan pour over coffee was so good. Love this place.

環境氣憤很舒服，整體行銷外表非常專業專業。特別是喜歡日式烘培的咖啡愛好者應該很容易 appreciate 這家的咖啡和咖啡豆。
