The customer service is AMAZING! Not only a free shuttle from the airport , but a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and shops! No need for a rental or a cab.
Great smiling faces, complimentary breakfast , and even a bag of amenities (water and snack ) upon arrival. Very understanding, although the current construction was a bit of a bother.
Staff were great, breakfast was slightly better than I expected, and the bed was comfortable . My only complaint was how long it took the AC to cool down (several hours) even set to 60 on high.
Awesome managers "happy hour " complimentary beer and wine !
