Always check at the Token dispense center if you have all the required documents for your need. Because if you miss something then you waiting long inside will be for nothing.

Came in to renew my license on Wednesday, 10/23/13. No appointment . Got my ticket at 4:07pm, left at 4:29. Fast, friendly staff . :)

Got a penalty fee waived by being patient and diplomatic with the nice lady who was helping me. Don't be mean at the DMV.

Don't come in on mondays, fridays or days following a holiday. Make an appt if u can. It's monday and I've been here nearly two hours.

If you make an appointment you will only wait upwards of 20 minutes... Otherwise take a day off work.

If you are coming for a drive test , get here at least 45minutes early to register and line up!

Um yes make an appointment on line it's faster. Sure. My on line appointment would have me wait TWO WEEKS for faster service. So, try another office . Sure.

Guess i'm the only one w/ a good tip so far. Came in with a smile & patience. They're just government servants. They don't owe you anything & you don't either.

Half the windows are closed, and the ones that are open half those employees are talking to each other.

Make an appointment and all will be well .

Pay attention & have them help you the right way. Otherwise they can be a pain & they will act like any other government employee. :)
