stay here every time i am in dubuque. clean rooms & friendly staff . decent breakfast . comfy beds & quiet .
Nice and clean hotel . It also has a nice breakfast .
NOT GOOD for a quiet nights sleep. Walls are paper thin. Could here the people's conversation in the next room. Plus- every time a door closes on your floor it vibrates the headboard! Never again!
