Waited close to 2 hours to be seen @ by dr. Betty is AMAZING but they need to get 2 drs so it doesn't take 2 hours. Now its been 2 hours AFTER my appt & the pharmacy still doesnt have meds ready...
slowest pharmacy in Knoxville. if u call them they will NOT answer the phone, they give you crazy wait times and it still won't be ready when you get here. go 2 miles to west town to save tons of time
Slowest service of any Walgreens I have ever been to. You can sit in the pharmacy drive-thru line for 30+ minutes and they make zero progress.
