For all days I am here I can say only good things about this place. Territory is big, u can get bicycle for free and discover everything around. Beach is great with free water activities. Great gym !
Always upgrade to highest room! There all great but this time we got the best room and it's so worth it. Awesome room and it's only 60$ more. Foods ok, I've had better.
It's pretty great if you upgrade to privileged status or above. Activities and babysitting for the kids makes it nice as well .
Great resort !! My husband and I just got back yesterday already missing the pools bars and ocean!
The folks at the pool bar don't see many tips. A few bucks will get u some amazing service and your drink won't ever be empty

Upgrade to "privileged" room. It's a totally different experience than the standard room .

Avoid Mexican and Italian a la carte restaurants , the service is extremely slow and the food is average main buffet . Try to upgrade from standard rooms , they are very shabby, more like 2*.
Beautiful but food and drink is not good. All inclusive also does not mean all inclusive.
Try snorkelling the fish are amazing.

Employees are not polite, WiFi sucks and rooms are old and dimly lit. You can get better service at Barcelo.

Lo bueno: la comida es rica, la atención, La piscina y la paya. Definitivamente tiene que ir a comer al restaurante Ayami! Lo malo: Preferencia a los extranjeros, la gente aparta los camastros

Me encantó este lugar. Muy recomendadas las margaritas en el restaurante mexicano , también el upgrade, el spa y el bar en la playa ! Regreso feliz!!!!!

Cuida tus objetos personales en las piscinas , a mi me robaron unas crocs valoradas en 50€. La caja fuerte es opcional por 3$ la noche. Si has venido a descansar , olvídate, es un hotel muy ruidoso .

Este es un Kir Royal, en Catalonia Riviera Maya, en "vaso plástico " "con hielo" servido para cliente "Privilege". Y con el barman de mala gana.

La playa mala no, malísima. Si tu objetivo es pasar todas las vacaciones tumbado en la piscina comiendo y bebiendo, este es tu hotel . Pero si quieres hacer excursiones todo son problemas.

Si quieres cenar en uno de los restaurantes debes estar en su puerta correspondiente a las 18h, ya que sino te quedas sin cenar . No admiten reserva !! Y cierran a las 22h!!! Muy mal
