Great facade, run by a racist black guy, Elston and his equally-idiot GM, John Presler. Fake, insincere people who are very physically touchy to the extent of being body-slammed by Elston.n't come.

Thats weird. I get asked can i help u 10 times the whole 5 min im there. And i go atleast once a month. And never have probs. The only thing that suxs is the line at cust service.

1st time going here was wonderful! Went to get my copy of KH Remix; ex ordered so I wasn't cleared to get it & took longer to finish the order. The guy who helped me was so nice & patient about it :)

Never a BEST experience here. Waited 10 min to check in for an appointment you have to have to drop a machine off.... When plenty of people were available.

They tend to be out of stock of things often.
