HEAD'S UP! State rod rentals are $1.50/hr from the walk up window where you get your $8 bracelet. If you rent from the private shop where you sign up for a license ($11), it's minimum 4hr rental@ $10!
The beach was clean and well maintained. The sand was super soft. Our 2 and 4 year old enjoyed their first trip to the beach !
This is a cool experience if you're interested in the local fishing culture.
