On weekdays, no wait, no lines , served seconds. No vinegar here, but the sweet and sour suffices. Accidentally dipped the toron (banana roll) in the sweet and sour and took a bite. It's great!!!
Filipino spring rolls done well , and always crispy . Choose from vegetable or pork , and choose garlic vinegar or hot dipping sauces .
6 for $5.... Awesome lumpia ! Worth the wait.
