I was looking for a Matt color but they was only have a purple one !otherwise I loved it good vibes and customer service and I will come again ❤️

Clean , quite and gives a good vibe. Tried the mani/pedi with Wilma. The only downside was the nail polish color collection. If you're into light neutral colors, I suggest you bring your own.

the place gives the vibe of a salon rather than a spa .. No relaxing room . There r only two sofas in the entrance of 2nd floor . No lockers no place to change ???? why should we pay 300

A clean quiet place . I did manicure with Jenna 24. She is professional; I highly recommend her. There was no complementary coffee nor water. Taking the prices into account, I expected that :-)

I booked for a Bali massage with shara it was the best bali massage I had in my life for real❤️❤️

Clean , so white and lovely! I tried the Bali massage ... definitely will come back for it .. however they don't have a relaxing room.

The place helps you to get relax, they have a very good Moroccan bath , good service for manicure and pedicure with limited choices for nail color. they are good in general but not the best ..

One of the best Spa’s at Saudi Arabia very nice welcoming from Shurooq. So recommend their Massage are to die for and their Pid and Min are so gorgeous.

I left a positive comment a couple of days ago about the service, however, after one week, I discovered that the manicure and pedicure are done with no experience! Edges are sharp and dry!

Good service , but a bit expensive . Also they don't allow outside coffee or drink which is ridiculous! Prepare to pay cash, they still don't have an ATM machine.

Uniza is great with mani & pedi , Irene is amazing as hairstylist but the products quality declining & prices setting r poorly managed! Unfortunately, service providers are great but the place is not.

Disappointed!!! I booked for manicure and pedicure before two weeks, and the receptionist easily informed us that the appointment delayed for NO REASON! They're not respected our time!!

The worst!The receptionist was very unprofessional,the Moroccan bath was an awful experience. Fatemah the one who did it was very rude&soaked me in boiling water!! She was rough and used dirty tools!

Thai massage was really good???? but the branch has the same issue with the soundproofing, you can hear all of the hallway noises. Royal morrocan bath was overpriced and overrated.

Its my scape place for relaxation, bit overpriced compared with others. However, i recommend it.
