Order Kua Kling, one of the most well-known Southern dishes besides Gang Tai Pla and Gang Leung! Ask for the spiciest level if you dare. I'm from the South so I know what I'm talking about :)

The most authentic southern Thai restaurant in the US! Tastes just like what you'd have in Nakhon Sri Thammarat, where the owners are from. I find their non-Southern food so so. So stick with that!

Ask Jazz to recommend dishes for you. My faves include crying tiger beef , crispy catfish salad , deep fried sea bass smothered in spicy sweet chili mango sauce , and coconut lotus soup .

Spicy southern curry is really good. Coco mango salad is nice compliment to any of your spicy favorites. Salmon soup is a less known gem as well .

An unassuming little Thai place in Hollywood. If you go, I recommend ordering off the back menu ("the good stuff") - the escargot is my favorite- with some thai ice tea to wash it down.

Spice scale: Mild = spicy . Medium = extremely spicy . Spicy = panic attack. Papaya salad is especially aaa-ma-zing.

Food is awesome but the wait is long, very popular place... definitely not a place to visit if you're looking for something quick...
