Rice medley with adobo rice is great and comes with enough rice for 3 people. Inihaw na liempo and lechon kawali should fulfill all your pork belly needs.
Chicharon bulaklak (deep fried mesentery) if you're feeling adventurous for a greasy app. Lechon is nicely done here, juicy cubes with crispy skin . Halo-halo to finish off.
