Very nice hotel with helpful service and perfect location . There is some bistro at the entrance with charming chimney to make every coffee drinking big pleasure.

Hotel lobby bar : Fireplace you can sit in front of! Great cocktails . Calm atmosphere . Recommended for slow talks with best friends on evenings.

Good location. Good bar . Nice rooms, nice bathrooms . Friendly staff . Big outdoor terrace on the 5th floor. Can walk to museum island in 5 minutes. If you are new to Berlin, you won't be disappointed

Perfect location and VERY nice hotel . I enjoyed my stay. Be sure to visit the rooftop terrasse; the drinks are a bit expensive though

No internet available in room 325. Receptionist couldn't fix the problem. Room is located in staircase, not hallway. Room is dark and smelly, but clean . Badly heated! Small windows! Depressing!

Hotel lifts seem to be persistently broken. No room service . Request a room on the courtyard to avoid the noise from the trams outside.

Someone stolen my money in my room from my wallet no body help me. Reception girl only took note there is no answer me back.

Gutes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Bei gutem Wetter unbedingt im Innenhof frühstücken .

Stilvoller Lobbybereich. Tolle Terrasse . Famoses Frühstück . Lärmempfindliche sollten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen, vorne ist es wegen der anfahrenden Trams für meinen Geschmack ziemlich laut .

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist großes Klasse. Freue ich mich jedes mal drauf, besonders auf die selbst gemachte Marmelade .

Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker !!! Das Hotel hat leider keinen Zimmerservice und keine Minibar im Zimmer ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gepflegt !!!

Im Prinzip ein schönes Design Hotel . Aber die Einzelzimmer sind schlimmer als eine Besenkammer und kein Hinweis bei Buchung. Daher eher nicht mehr.
