You can put any cookie you want on an ice cream sandwich with any ice cream you want. The delicious possibilities are amazing! Also, the s'more cookie is too much for one person or one sitting.
Can be crowded . Cookiewich (ice cream cookie sandwich ) seems plenty big enough if tempted to the Bigwitch. Plain cookies should be delicious too.

As we walked in they were pulling s'mores deluxe cookies out of the oven- DELICIOUS!
