Always packed but with fast friendly service . They know how to treat customers. Their salads are awesome! The original fried chicken sandwich is just delicious.

Always crowded . It takes longer to get into the parking lot and find a spot than it does to order your food.

I just moved to this Chickfila from Hoover Commons and I'm not very impressed, we don't offer military discount which I was very shocked and I believe our customer service could be improved.
